At Fiorentino & Co, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In this case, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • European Union: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Fiorentino & Co is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Fiorentino & Co is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or damaged by the shipping carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at fiorentinoandco.nl@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Fiorentino & Co is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
