Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example, food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.


14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As described above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
