Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an incorrect item being shipped or a product defect.
Important: Return Shipment Responsibility
We strongly recommend returning your order using a tracked shipping service (Track & Trace).
The customer remains responsible for the returned package until it has been successfully delivered to our return address.
If a return shipment is sent without Track & Trace, proof of shipment, or delivery confirmation and the package is lost, delayed, or cannot be located, Fiorentino & Co cannot issue a refund.
Refunds can only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fiorentinoandco.com, including clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
